Bench IT requires an experienced AV Technician, experienced in the setup and support of a range of AV environments, from meetings to conferences and live corporate events.

Working to support a high-profile and highly-regarded financial services organisation, you will be responsible for the setup, operation and support across a broad range of environments and briefs.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing dedicated AV support across all business functions from standard meeting room support to larger-scale events and conferences.
\n
• Setup, configure and ensure operational resilience to AV equipment, such as projectors, Displays, Microphone, Video conferencing and presentation systems
\n
• Rapid and discrete troubleshooting and issue resolution
\n
• Executive and high-profile meeting support
\n
• Routine Health-checks to existing environments
\n
• Make sure all planned events and meetings are ready and proven in advance
\n

Required Skills & Experience

\n
• Previous experience in an AV Support, AV Technician, AV Engineer, or Events Technology role.
\n
• Strong understanding of video conferencing platforms and meeting room technologies.
\n
• Experience supporting live corporate events and executive meetings.
\n
• Excellent diagnostics and fault-resolution capabilities, especially during live-environments.
\n
• Experience within financial services, enterprise environments, or professional services is advantageous.
\n
• Experience working in banking or other highly regulated environments
\n
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, service measurement, and change management
\n
