Stores & Warehouse Operative

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established business for an experienced Stores & Warehouse Operative to join their team.This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately while maintaining excellent stock control and warehouse standards.Key Responsibilities\n

• Receive and book in deliveries.
\n
• Pick, pack and prepare goods for dispatch.
\n
• Carry out regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
\n
• Update stock and serial number information using internal systems.
\n
• Process returned goods and maintain accurate documentation.
\n
• Order warehouse consumables and support stock management.
\n
• Operate warehouse equipment, including a counterbalance forklift (where licensed).
\n
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised warehouse.
\n
• Support general warehouse and facilities duties as required.
\n

What We're Looking For\n

\n
• Previous experience in a stores, warehouse or stock control role.
\n
• Experience with Goods In/Goods Out processes.
\n
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (desirable).
\n
• Forklift licence (essential).
\n
