Middlewich, Cheshire | £30,000–£32,500 plus 2k Bonus | Hybrid Working
\nAre you the person who keeps clients happy, solves problems before they escalate and makes sure everything happens exactly when it should?
\nI’m recruiting a Key Account Manager for an established and successful commercial services business based in Middlewich. With more than 30 years’ experience and an impressive portfolio of clients.
\nThis isn’t a hard-sales role. It’s all about building brilliant client relationships, coordinating service delivery and becoming the trusted link between customers, operational teams and suppliers.
What you’ll be doing\n- \n
- Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of key clients \n
- Ensuring services are delivered smoothly, accurately and on time \n
- Acting as the main link between customers and internal operational teams \n
- Responding to client queries and resolving issues with confidence \n
- Preparing quotations, obtaining supplier costs and raising purchase orders \n
- Managing contracts and updating the company’s bespoke SiteOps system \n
- Analysing data and producing meaningful internal and client reports \n
- Providing financial information to support the finance team \n
- Identifying opportunities to improve service levels and strengthen client relationships \n
- Supporting the company’s health and safety culture \n
- Taking on responsibilities such as key holder, fire warden or first aider when required \n
You could already be working as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Client Services Executive, Customer Success Manager or Service Delivery Coordinator.
\nYou’ll ideally bring:
\n- \n
- Experience managing customers or delivering solutions based on client needs \n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills \n
- Strong organisation and the ability to juggle multiple priorities \n
- A practical, positive approach to problem-solving \n
- Confidence handling challenging conversations and negotiating solutions \n
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel \n
- The motivation to work independently while being a great team player \n
Experience within facilities management, landscaping, property services, construction or another service-led environment would be useful, although it isn’t essential.
