\n\nAbout the Role
\n\nWe are seeking a compassionate and motivated Staff Nurse to join our inpatient ward team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse with experience in a surgical ward environment to work within a high-quality private healthcare setting, delivering exceptional patient care throughout the patient journey.
\n\nWorking as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient experience.
\n\nKey Responsibilities

- Deliver safe, effective and patient-centred nursing care. \n
- Assess, plan and evaluate care for patients undergoing surgical procedures. \n
- Monitor patient progress and respond appropriately to changing clinical needs. \n
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital policies and NMC guidelines. \n
- Collaborate with consultants, healthcare professionals and support staff to provide outstanding patient outcomes. \n
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation. \n
- Promote a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement. \n
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult). \n
- Previous experience working on a surgical ward within a hospital setting. \n
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. \n
- A commitment to delivering high standards of patient care. \n
- The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. \n
