Senior Service Advisor

Location: Ipswich

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 Basic | £38,000 – £42,000 OTE

Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm

Weekends: 1–2 Saturdays per month (rota basis)

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join a busy and successful dealership in Ipswich.

This is a fantastic opportunity for either an established Senior Service Advisor or an experienced Service Advisor looking to step up into a leadership role.

• Act as the lead contact for service customers
\n
• Support and mentor junior Service Advisors
\n
• Handle customer complaints and escalations
\n
• Upsell additional work, services, and products
\n
• Manage daily bookings and workshop diary
\n
• Liaise between customers and the workshop
\n
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI)
\n
• Drive aftersales revenue and efficiency
\n

\n
• 2–4+ years’ experience as a Service Advisor
\n
• Previous senior / team leader experience (or ready to step up)
\n
• Strong customer service and sales ability
\n
• Experience using systems like Kerridge / Pinnacle (preferred)
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n

• £38k–£42k realistic OTE
\n
