Description

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements and balance sheet reconciliations
\n
• Review and Posting of Accruals and Prepayments
\n
• Analyse financial data to provide insights and support decision-making.
\n
• Monitor budgets and forecast future financial performance.
\n
• Sales, Cost and Revenue margin analysis.
\n
• Material Usage and Variance Analysis
\n
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
\n
• Lead a Team of 3
\n
• WIP Reporting
\n
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
\n
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes.
\n
• Assist with year-end audits and liaise with external auditors.
\n
• Provide support on ad-hoc financial projects as required to the Financial Controller
\n

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

\n
• A recognised accounting qualification or progress towards one.
\n
• CIMA / ACCA Studier / QBE
\n
• Strong experience in management accounting within a similar industry.
\n
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
\n
• ERP Systems experience
\n
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
\n

Job Offer

\n
• Salary between £45,000 and £50,000, dependent on the level of experience.
\n
• 25 days of annual leave.
\n
• Permanent position in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
\n
• Office Based
