Role: EA to C-Suite Job type: FTC Maternity cover Salary: £60k - £65k Location: Remote | London-based (Hybrid) Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm (flexibilty) We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join a globally recognised firm to provide seamless and exceptional support to one of their highly influential senior leaders. You will be working within a dynamic, fast-paced and challenging environment, providing true right-hand support across business strategy and charitable programs which require exceptional organisation, attention to detail and a genuine passion for purpose-driven projects which focus on creating a meaningful social impact. This is a wonderful opportunity which offers great exposure to senior stakeholders across the business, a strong insight into ongoing international projects and the chance to work and have a positive impact within the charitable arm of the business. Although a remote position, the role requires regular work in London as and when required.What you’ll do\n

- Act as the trusted right-hand support to this individual whilst working closely with other Senior executives across the business \n
- Ensure the seamless coordination of business priorities and strategic projects whilst providing ad-hoc personal support when required \n
- Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings with senior stakeholders, ensuring all schedules run smoothly and efficiently \n
- Take ownership of the planning, organisation and execution of the monthly global call, coordinating attendees across multiple regions \n
- Provide administrative and project support across a range of business and charitable programs, ensuring successful delivery and engagement \n
- Build strong working relationships with senior leaders and act as a central point of contact for communication across multiple teams and international locations \n

- Naturally curious, resilient, and driven individual who remains calm under pressure and has the ability to manage priorities whilst maintaining momentum. \n
- Experienced in supporting senior individuals, with a strong understanding of discretion and adaptability \n
- A natural and confident communicator who is comfortable in building trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders at all levels \n
- Passionate about purpose-led initiatives and has a genuine interest in charitable programs \n
- Is highly organised, has strong attention to detail, and always ensures that all tasks are being completed to a high standard. \n
