Office Administrator (Temp-to-Perm)Salary: £16ph-18ph (based on experience)Location: Central LondonContract: Temporary (3 months), with a view to permanentSet up: 4 days in office, Fridays from homeHours: 9:00am - 5:30pmStart date: Late August / September A dynamic and forward-thinking life sciences firm based in Central London is looking for a proactive Office Administrator to join their friendly, social team on an initial 3-month temporary basis, with a strong view to going permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright graduate or business diploma graduate with some office experience, looking to build their career within a fast-paced, sociable environment.The Role Reporting into the team, you'll take ownership of the smooth day-to-day running of the office, supporting across a variety of administrative and communications-based tasks. Key responsibilities include:\n

- Being the first point of contact for incoming phone and email enquires \n
- Ensuring the office is well stocked with snacks, coffee and milk daily \n
- Ordering office supplies \n
- Monitoring IT equipment \n
- Coordinating company-wide meetings, such as company updates and interviews, with guidance from the team \n
- Compiling and circulating the monthly newsletter \n
- Maintaining the shared calendar (annual leave, birthdays, company-wide events) \n
- Tracking birthdays, sending cards and organising leaving gifts \n
- Supporting the social committee \n
- Updating the CRM system and ensuring the team logs their time monthly \n
- Booking dinners, flights and accommodation \n
- Assisting with the coordination of development days and venue bookings \n
- Any other ad hoc duties as required \n

- Proactive, quick to learn and happy to get stuck into tasks of all sizes \n
- Personable and not precious - a true team player \n
- A bright graduate or diploma graduate with some office experience \n
- Strong MS Outlook, Word and Excel skills \n
- Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal \n
- Full right to work in the UK \n
