\nSalary: £25,000 - £28,000 (experience dependant)
\nAbout the role:
\nSeeking a motivated and organised Office Assistant to provide day-to-day support to the Office Manager and wider team. This is a junior role and an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in office management and business operations. You will gain hands-on experience across a variety of administrative and operational activities while helping to maintain a professional, welcoming and well-organised working environment.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Support the Office Manager with telephone calls and incoming and outgoing correspondence, including post, couriers, scanning and filing documents. \n
- Assist with diary coordination and meeting room bookings, welcome guests, offer refreshments and help prepare rooms for meetings. \n
- Help maintain and restock office and kitchen supplies, update recurring orders, and arrange recycling and confidential waste collections when required. \n
- Assist with arranging national and international travel and accommodation for employees and senior staff. \n
- Provide administrative support with Concur expenses, including uploading receipts, helping prepare reports and forwarding invoices to Accounts. \n
- Assist the Office Manager with company mobile phone administration, including ordering devices and contacting Vodafone support to help resolve queries. \n
- Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager and wider team, including research, data collation, Excel reports, PowerPoint presentations and simple event graphics. \n
- Help with internal events, company communications, meeting coordination and initiatives such as the Social and Wellbeing Committee, together with any other reasonable duties requested by the Office Manager. \n

- Previous experience in an administrative, office support or customer-facing role is desirable but not essential. \n
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage routine tasks and priorities with guidance when needed. \n
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, friendly and helpful manner. \n
- A basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, with a willingness to develop these skills. \n
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and support across a varied range of tasks. \n
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to completing work accurately. \n
The ability to work as part of a team, follow instructions and gradually take on more responsibility.
