Proposition Analyst – Remote – £28,000 - £30,000 Chase & Holland are recruiting for a Proposition Analyst to join a UK-wide financial services organisation. This fully remote role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills, a proactive attitude, and an interest in data analysis, commercial insight, and project support. Proposition Analyst Responsibilities:\n

\n
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity, providing recommendations.
\n
• Produce weekly market updates and maintain proposition documentation.
\n
• Monitor client and internal feedback, preparing summary reports.
\n
• Support governance packs, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional projects.
\n
• Analyse Snowflake data, prepare reports, and manage client mail merges.
\n
• Develop project management skills and present insights to stakeholders.
\n
• Contribute ideas to improve client experience, processes, and business performance.
\n

Required Skills & Experience:\n

\n
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, dashboards, and data analysis.
\n
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
\n
• Ability to analyse data and communicate insights clearly.
\n
• Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise workload.
\n
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Knowledge of AI tools is desirable but not essential.
