Title: Customer Service Coordinator
\nSalary: £13.50 per hour + Enhanced rates for Overtime and On-Call
\nLocation: Sittingbourne, Kent
\nContract: 12 Months (with extension potential)
\nShift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours (Rotating shifts between 08:00 - 20:00)

Responsibilities:

- Patient onboarding: Making the vital first contact with patients to set up accounts and confirm healthcare details. \n
- Coordination: Arranging initial deliveries and checking in with patients to ensure their orders have arrived safely. \n
- Liaison: Acting as the bridge between patients, carers, GPs, and Healthcare Professionals to ensure a seamless service. \n
- Problem solving: Resolving queries via telephone and email with a focus on "Customer Excellence." \n
- Data management: Meticulously updating patient records and internal databases to track communication and prescriptions. \n
- On-call support: Participating in a fair, pre-planned rota to provide essential out-of-hours support (overnights and weekends) at an enhanced pay rate. \n
Your Essential Skills:

- IT proficient: Comfortable navigating databases and picking up new systems quickly. \n

The Logistics:
