Payroll Administrator
Job Description
My client, a growing accountancy practice, is looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their friendly and supportive payroll team.
\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional with practice experience to manage a varied client portfolio, delivering accurate and timely payroll services while building strong client relationships.
\n\nThe Role:
\n\n• Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for a portfolio of clients
\n• Calculating salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions and statutory payments
\n• Managing CIS returns and workplace pension administration
\n• Handling HMRC queries and payroll legislation requirements
\n• Providing day-to-day payroll support and maintaining strong client relationships
\n\nThe Ideal Candidate:
\n\n• 2+ years’ payroll experience, ideally within an accountancy practice
\n• Experience managing multiple client payrolls
\n• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, pensions, tax and statutory payments
\n• Knowledge of CIS and BrightPay would be advantageous
\n• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
