We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile Banking clients. They are currently looking for a Transactions Manager to join their team for an initial 6-month contract. However, there may be scope for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding of new clients (particularly in the Custody space).
\n
• Reviewing of legal contracts (including Custody Agreements, Account Bank and Agency Agreements).
\n
• Managing up to approximately 20 matters at any one time
\n
• Presenting of information to internal committees
\n

Skills & Experience:

\n
• Experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM)
\n
• Experience in reviewing contracts
\n
• Client onboarding
\n
• Experience in Finance ILS
\n
• Project Finance experience
\n
• Business implementation
\n

Location:

This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to work from the clients London office 4 days a week.

Working hours:

Standard working hours with some flex where required.
