The Role

• Handling commercial property transactions and associated finance matters from instruction to completion
\n
• Managing files efficiently and ensuring compliance with professional standards
\n
• Maintaining effective diary and caseload management
\n
• Responding to client enquiries and providing fee quotations
\n
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting business development and networking activities
\n
• Keeping up to date with legal and regulatory developments
\n

About You

\n
• A strong understanding of commercial property practice and procedures
\n
• Knowledge of CQS requirements
\n
• Excellent communication and client care skills
\n
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload
\n
• The ability to analyse complex transaction documents and provide clear, practical advice
