We're looking for a proactive Administrative Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting governance activities, coordinating key meetings, maintaining policies and procedures, and ensuring the highest standards of administration and compliance are upheld.

The Opportunity

This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll become the central point of coordination for governance processes. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, manage busy schedules, prepare meeting documentation, take accurate minutes, and ensure important records and policies remain up to date.

Success in this role requires someone who is naturally organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate governance and board-related activities

  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute documentation

  • Take accurate and professional meeting minutes

  • Manage diaries and scheduling requirements

  • Maintain policies, procedures, and governance records

  • Support compliance and organisational best practice
  • \n
  • Ensure actions are tracked and completed within agreed deadlines

  • Provide high-level administrative support across governance functions

What We're Looking For

  • Previous administration or governance support experience
  • \n
  • Experience arranging meetings and taking minutes
  • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • \n
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills
  • \n
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading ability
  • \n
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • \n
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • \n
  • Confidence working under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • \n
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach
  • \n
  • Experience managing complex diaries and schedules
