We're working with a well-established and growing manufacturing business that is looking to appoint a Part Qualified Finance Manager to join its high-performing finance team.

This is more than a traditional management accounts role. As Finance Manager you'll be a key business partner to production and operational teams, helping drive performance, improve efficiencies and support strategic decision-making across the business.

What you'll be doing as Finance Manager

• Producing accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
\n
• Partnering with production and operations to improve financial performance.
\n
• Analysing manufacturing costs, margins and stock movements.
\n
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
\n
• Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
\n
• Assisting with month-end and year-end processes.
\n
• Driving continuous improvements to financial reporting and internal controls.
\n
• Supporting senior leadership with commercial analysis and decision-making.
\n

What we're looking for

\n
• Part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA).
\n
• Previous experience within manufacturing or a product-based environment.
\n
• Strong management accounting experience.
\n
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Confident communicating with stakeholders across the business.
\n
• Advanced Excel skills with experience using ERP systems being advantageous.
\n
• A proactive mindset with a desire to challenge processes and add value.
\n
