Local Authority Housing, Tenancy Enforcement Officer, South East London Pay rate to £24.28 per hour Contract role, Local Authority Housing Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Local Authority Housing Tenancy Enforcement Officer in South East London. You will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority Housing Department. Overview:\n

• This is a Tenancy Enforcement Officer Role (New Builds) and will require candidates to be in the office a minimum of 2 days per week but may be subject to change due to service requirements. Tenancy Enforcement Officers provide a comprehensive, high quality, customer focused range of front- line services to our residents.

• You will be responsible for the day- to- day management of tenancy and neighbourhood issues in respect of a designated group of dwellings, ensuring the proper and appropriate use of accommodation and ensuring that residents receive an efficient and effective service in respect of tenancy and related issues.
\n

• Specifically, candidate will provide a pro-active approach to dealing with all forms of nuisance and anti social behaviour and will be responsible for taking robust enforcement action against breaches of tenancy conditions.
\n

• The job involves lone-working, home visits, block visits and outdoor work.
\n
