Integration Solutions Engineer London (Hybrid - 3 Days per Week) £75,000 - £80,000 Base + £20,000 - £30,000 VariableA global SaaS technology company is seeking an Integration Solutions Engineer to join its growing team. This role is focused on helping enterprise customers design and deploy robust API-led integrations while acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.Key Responsibilities Advise customers on integration architecture and implementation strategyLead technical discovery and solution design sessionsHelp customers maximise the value of the platform through best-practice integration approachesAct as the technical focal point for customer implementationsDemonstrate integrations, workflows and technical capabilities to clientsTroubleshoot technical challenges and provide practical solutionsWork closely with Sales, Product and Engineering teamsSupport partners and customers through onboarding and integration activitiesContribute customer insights and product feedback to internal stakeholdersExperience Required 3+ years of experience in SaaS integrations, solutions engineering or technical consultingStrong API and REST integration knowledgeUnderstanding of databases and SQLCustomer-facing experience with excellent communication skillsProven ability to analyse and solve technical problemsComfortable working across multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience working in cloud and modern technology environmentsBackground within SaaS, Payments, FinTech, Logistics, ERP, CRM or related technology sectors preferredTPBN1_UKTJ
