Carpenter Multi - SouthamptonSalary: £35,265 - £38,234 per annumLocation: SouthamptonContract: Full Time, 40 hours per weekJoin a Busy Property Maintenance Team VoidsAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Carpenter Multi Trader to join a well-established property maintenance team working across residential properties in the Southampton area.This is a varied role within an Empty Homes team, carrying out carpentry repairs, installations and general maintenance works to ensure properties are ready for new occupants.
