This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, immediate starts, and a supportive working environment.This role would suit candidates with experience as an HGV Class 1 Driver , LGV CE Driver , Class 1 Driver , C+E Driver , Trunk Driver , or Night Driver .Shifts• Working 5 nights between Monday and Sunday  • Start times between 18:00 and 21:00Rates of Pay• £18.00 per hour  • Weekly payBenefitsAs an HGV Class 1 Driver – Nights , you will receive:• Excellent hourly rates  • Ongoing work  • Weekly pay  • Immediate starts  • On-site canteen  • Employee wellbeing programme  • Temporary to permanent opportunities (where applicable)Day-to-Day DutiesAs an HGV Class 1 Driver – Nights , your duties will include:• Completing between 1 and 3 deliveries using pump trucks  • Operating and driving Class 1 (Category CE) vehicles safely and efficiently  • Carrying out pre-use and post-use vehicle inspections  • Ensuring all loads are secured safely before transportation  • Complying with all road traffic legislation and tachograph regulations  • Communicating effectively with the transport team and customers  • Reporting any vehicle defects or maintenance requirements promptly  • Assisting with loading and unloading where requiredEssential SkillsTo be successful in this role, you will need:• A valid UK Category CE (Class 1) Driving Licence  • A valid Driver CPC Card  • A valid Digital Tachograph Card  • A minimum of 12 months' Class 1 driving experience  • No more than six penalty points for minor offences and no major endorsements  • A good level of spoken and written English  • Excellent timekeeping and reliability  • A good understanding of road traffic laws and driver regulations  • Strong communication skillsDesirable Experience• Previous experience driving commercial vehicles  • Experience completing multi-drop deliveriesTraining Provided• Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignmentApplyIf you are looking for reliable ongoing work as an HGV Class 1 Driver – Nights , apply today and a member of our recruitment team will be in touch to discuss the role further.People Solutions do not charge candidates any fees or request deposits at any stage of the recruitment process.TPBN1_UKTJ
