Project Details Industrial Construction ProjectLong-Term Contract (Approx. 12 Months)48 Hours Per WeekBlue Book PAYE TermsHoliday Pay IncludedSick Pay IncludedPension Contributions IncludedPay Rates (PAYE) Basic Hours (40 Hours) £23.45 Basic Rate£1.50 Productivity Bonus£2.37 IBA AllowanceTotal: £27.32 per hourOvertime (8 Hours) £32.83 Overtime Rate£1.50 Productivity Bonus£2.37 IBA AllowanceTotal: £36.70 per hourAdditional Benefits Digs Allowance: £483.00 per week (£96.60 per day)Weekly Gross Earnings: £1,869.40 (48 hours worked + £483 digs allowance) Duties & Responsibilities Erecting and installing structural steelwork in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.Positioning, aligning and securing steel components using appropriate lifting equipment and tools.Working safely at height and within a heavy industrial environment.Assisting with bolting-up, steel alignment and final installation works.Working alongside crane operators, lifting teams and site supervision.Following lift plans, method statements and site safety procedures.Ensuring all works are completed to the required quality and safety standards.Maintaining a safe and tidy working area at all times.Essential Requirements Valid CCNSG Safety Passport.NVQ Level 3 in Steel Erecting.Previous experience working as a Steel Erector on heavy industrial projects.Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.Strong understanding of health and safety within industrial environments.Experience working at height.Previous Experience Required In Environments Such As Power StationsRefineriesDockyardsSteelworksPetrochemical PlantsHeavy Industrial Construction ProjectsApply Now If you are an experienced Steel Erector and meet the above requirements, please submit your CV for immediate consideration.TPBN1_UKTJ
