Job Description

Evening Replenishment Supervisor required for a warehouse near Thetford.We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor /Department Manager or Team Leader to join a well-established team on a full time, permanent basis.This is an amazing opportunity to work for a national retail organisation at their fast-paced distribution centre.As the Replenishment Supervisor, you will be responsible for:Overseeing the replenishment team during the evening shift, ensuring stock is available in the correct locations to support picking operations and maintain warehouse efficiency. You will lead by example, driving productivity, accuracy, and safety while supporting the development of your team.Main Duties Include:Supervise and coordinate evening replenishment activities across the warehouse.Ensure stock is replenished accurately and efficiently to designated pick locations.Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment priorities to support operational demands.Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives to achieve performance targets.Ensure all warehouse activities are carried out safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.Monitor productivity and quality standards, taking corrective action where necessary.Liaise with other warehouse departments to ensure smooth workflow and operational continuity.Assist with training, coaching, and development of team members.Support inventory accuracy through effective stock handling and reporting of discrepancies.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse operation.About YouThe successful candidate will have:Previous supervisory experience within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Experience working within replenishment, stock control, or warehouse operations.Good organisational and planning abilities.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.A hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Good understanding of health and safety requirements within a warehouse setting.Experience using warehouse management systems and handheld scanning technology.DesirableCounterbalance and/or Reach Truck licence.Experience within a retail distribution environment.Knowledge of warehouse KPIs and performance management.Experience supporting continuous improvement and operational efficiency projects.Rewards and Benefits for the Warehouse Supervisor:28 days annual holiday, which increases to 32 days inline with serviceExtra day off for your birthdayGroup pension plan (5% employer 4% employee)15% staff discount across all brands in the groupFriendly and supportive working environmentOpportunities to progress within the groupOnsite parking11.30am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
