You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead staff practice, maintain strong safeguarding arrangements and drive continuous improvement in line with Bay View Childcare's standards, ethos and the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015.You will provide confident leadership, ensuring care is child-centred, outcomes-focused and responsive to the individual needs of each child.
