Multi Skilled Maintenance EngineerLocation: LeedsSalary: £39,275 + Overtime Available (OTE £42k+)Shifts: Rotating 3-Shift Pattern (2-Week Cycle)Mornings: 06:15 14:15Afternoons: 14:15 22:15Nights: 22:15 06:15About the RoleWe are seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a balanced mechanical and electrical skillset (50/50) to join a busy and well-established manufacturing operation in Leeds. You will play a key role in maintaining production reliability by carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across plant and equipment.This opportunity would suit a hands-on engineer comfortable fault finding across both disciplines within a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to breakdownsDiagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on production machineryLog maintenance activity accurately on the CMMS systemSupport continuous improvement initiatives (RCA, 5S, TPM, SMED)Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety proceduresWork closely with production teams to minimise downtimeAssist with maintenance projects and improvement workSkills & Experience RequiredApprentice trained in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringExperience within manufacturing or production environmentsBalanced mechanical and electrical fault-finding capabilityMechanical knowledge including bearings, belts, gearboxes, pneumatics, hydraulicsElectrical experience including motors, sensors, control systems or fault diagnosisExperience using CMMS systemsAbility to read engineering drawings and electrical schematicsIT literate (Word / Excel)Flexible to work rotating shiftsWhats on Offer£39,275 base salary + Overtime Available (OTE £42k+)Overtime available21 days holiday + bank holidaysPension schemeOngoing training and developmentLong-term stable opportunity within a growing businessThis is an excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer looking for stability and development within a supportive maintenance team.Apply now to be consideredTPBN1_UKTJ
