If you're a strong leader with a passion for delivering exceptional childcare and education, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery.Ensure the highest standards of care, education, and safeguarding are maintained.Oversee the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.Recruit, support, mentor, and develop nursery staff.Maintain compliance with Ofsted requirements, safeguarding legislation, and all relevant policies and procedures.Build positive relationships with children, families, staff, and external agencies.Manage nursery occupancy, budgets, and resources effectively.Drive continuous improvement and prepare for Ofsted inspections.Foster a positive, inclusive, and inspiring workplace culture.Requirements Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (minimum essential).Level 5 qualification in Leadership for Early Years or equivalent (desirable).Proven experience in a Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, or Room Leader position.Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards.Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Ongoing professional development and leadership training.Opportunities for career progression.A supportive and collaborative working environment.Pension scheme and holiday entitlement.The opportunity to make a lasting impact on children's early learning and development.Apply Today!
