Pay: £12.85 per hourJob Description:Female Support workers only: This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 as there is a genuine occupational need to recruit Females due to the nature of the role.We are looking for highly motivated, skilled, and reliable Female Support Workers in the Nottingham- NG14 Area . This would be to support a female client with Epilepsy, and mild Learning Disabilities.Driver with full UK Driving License and Business Insurance (Required )Shift times are as follows:Monday to Friday- 09:30-18:30Saturday to Sunday 10:00-16:30£12.85 per hourYou will need:Excellent communication skillsFluent EnglishA strong-willed Character with the ability to show empathy and a consistent approach to behaviours presentedA good understanding and knowledge about Autism and Physical Disabilities. .Full working rights (We do not offer sponsorship)Must be a driver and have Access to own vehicleYour role would include:Accessing the communitySupporting with helping our client to plan her day.Supporting with daily living tasks including cooking and domestic dutiesMaintaining daily recordsMotivating and encouraging the client to achieve goalsSupporting with social visitsPromoting Independence and building confidenceGoing out activitiesHow We Will Support YouWe go beyond expectations for our colleagues as well as the people we support.
