Senior Solutions Engineer London (Hybrid - 3 Days per Week)£75,000 - £80,000 Base + £20,000 - £30,000 VariableOur client is a global SaaS organisation and a recognised leader within their specialist market. As they continue to expand internationally, they are looking to appoint a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their London-based team.This is a customer-facing position that combines technical consulting, pre-sales, solution design and integrations. You'll work closely with prospective and existing clients, helping them understand how the platform can solve business challenges while ensuring successful technical implementation and adoption.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in APIs and integrations, excellent communication skills and experience engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a SaaS environment.The Role As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll act as the bridge between customers, Sales, Product and Engineering teams, providing technical expertise throughout the customer journey.You will help customers evaluate solutions, design integration strategies, overcome technical challenges and maximise the value of the platform.Key Responsibilities Help clients understand the capabilities, flexibility and value of the platform through technical discussions, demonstrations and solution workshopsPartner with the commercial team to identify and qualify opportunities, uncover customer requirements and support the sales processIdentify technical objections and develop strategies to resolve challenges throughout the customer lifecycleRecommend best-practice integration approaches and solution architectures to ensure successful implementationsAct as the technical lead during customer onboarding and integration projectsBuild and demonstrate prototypes, integrations and technical solutions where requiredProvide ongoing technical guidance, education and support to customers and partnersDevelop deep product expertise and remain up to date with new features, enhancements and product roadmapsWork closely with Product and Engineering teams, providing customer feedback and acting as the voice of the customer internallySupport customers in optimising their use of the platform and achieving their desired business outcomesAbout You 3+ years' experience in a Solutions Engineer, Presales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Technical Consultant or Integration-focused role within a SaaS environmentProven experience working directly with customers in a client-facing technical capacityStrong understanding of systems integration concepts and API implementations, particularly RESTful APIsExperience working with SQL and relational databasesExcellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skillsAbility to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilitiesComfortable working collaboratively with international and remote teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentDegree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline preferredExperience within SaaS, Payments, FinTech, Logistics, ERP, CRM or other API-driven technology environments would be advantageousTPBN1_UKTJ
