Location : Heysham, Shore Road, LA3 2XYHours : Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00Pay : £13.20 per hourGoods In Department - Material Handler I Job Description:Receive and unpack goods and book in all goods accurately via JD Edwards computer system. Perform a range of JDE transactions relevant to specific roleLocating bulk/pre-packs to relevant hazard warehousesPick stock for repack orders from any of the onsite warehouses and return any bulk returns from repack to the accurate store locationCycle count locations as per work instructionsAble to investigate and resolve Not on Location (NOL) missing itemsFollow all Packing and Labelling Instructions to the letter to align Transport RegulationsParticipate in the collation of Export Shipments and ensure Shipments are loaded accurately and all paperwork is completed inHave a good understanding of Third-Party Systems, such as Courier services, MSDSHandling of fine chemicals either in bulk quantities or prepacks in accordance with CEM (Chemical Exposure Management) regulations. Ability to follow simple instructions without deviationMaintain good stock levels of all consumables required in our working area and understand the procedure for its requisitionsOperate any equipment for which we have completed the relevant training, and to ensure that all defective equipment and other relevant issues are reported to an Operations Team Leader or ManagerMaintain up to date records and paperwork necessary to the roleEnsure full compliance with site Security policiesConform with the environmental and quality policy, procedures and with the requirements of the EMS and QMS and act appropriately regarding issues affecting impacts on the environment and conforming to product requirementsConduct our day-to-day duties according to current procedures and appropriate Health and Safety precautionsCarry out any other duties within the employees' skills and abilities whenever reasonably guidedPreferred SkillsBasic computer skillsStrong teamwork and communication skillsPrevious experience in a warehouse, goods in/out, or materials handling environmentDegree/CertificationsMust have FLT and hold a valid licenceTop SkillsWarehouse & Inventory ManagementAttention to Detail & AccuracyHealth & Safety ComplianceIf you receive suspicious outreach claiming to be from us, please contact us via the ManpowerGroup website.TPBN1_UKTJ
