You will work closely with colleagues, families and professionals, valuing collaboration to create a safe and positive home environment.About the roleYou will:Support people with daily living skills, activities and personal carePromote independence, choice and dignityHelp individuals work towards their goals and aspirationsSupport medication, health, safety and wellbeingContribute to care plans, risk assessments and mentoring new staffWorking Pattern: Five days per week on a rota basis across a seven-day period, with a varied shift pattern that includes sleep-in duties (for sleep-ins you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £52.78)About youYou will bring experience in care or support, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help others thrive.
