Membership Sales Consultant – Temporary Assignments | South East LondonAre you passionate about sales, customer service, and helping people achieve their health and fitness goals?4Leisure are currently recruiting enthusiastic Membership Sales Consultants to join our team and work on temporary assignments across our fantastic leisure client sites in South East London .This is a great opportunity for a confident sales professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and working towards targets within the leisure industry.Our clients offer fantastic facilities including gyms, swimming pools, group exercise studios, indoor cycling, sports halls, sauna and steam rooms , providing members with everything they need to stay active and engaged.With immediate starts available , we have both full-time and part-time temporary opportunities available.This role is paying up to £ 16.60 per hour (paid fortnightly)The Role: As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting our clients by delivering outstanding sales performance and customer service. Your duties will include:Achieving individual membership sales targets and supporting overall centre performancePromoting memberships, products, and services to prospective customersConducting engaging tours of the facilities and showcasing membership benefitsBuilding strong relationships with new and existing membersDelivering exceptional customer service at every interactionHandling customer enquiries and resolving complaints professionallySupporting member retention by ensuring customers get the most from their membershipWorking towards agreed KPIs and sales targetsMonitoring and tracking personal activity levels and sales resultsKeeping up to date with fitness and leisure industry trendsAbout You: Previous sales or customer service experience is essentialConfident speaking with customers and comfortable working towards targetsA proactive, positive, and motivated approachExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsPassion for health, fitness, or the leisure industry is desirableAvailable to start immediatelyEnhanced DBS or willingness to obtain oneJoining 4Leisure gives you the opportunity to work with some of the UK's leading leisure operators, develop your sales skills, and gain valuable experience across a variety of exciting venues.If you're looking for a sales role with flexible opportunities and immediate starts available, apply today!TPBN1_UKTJ
