Site Manager

Site Manager required for a refurbishment of a large supermarket store in the Hull area. The start date is Thursday 6th August and the project will run for 6 weeks. The requirement is for the night shifts and the shifts are Sunday to Thursday.Key Responsibilities- Manage the refurbishment project.- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors.- Conduct site inductions.- Attend and lead client meetings.- Ensure health, safety, and site compliance.- Liaise with a visiting Contracts Manager.- Use IT systems for reporting and project administration.Essential Experience- Proven experience as a Site Manager.- Strong background in retail construction/refurbishment projects.- Experience working on supermarket or similar retail fit-out/refurbishment schemes.- Good communication and organisational skills.- IT literate.Must have the below qualifactions -- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)- First Aid Certificate- CSCS Card- Fire Marshal- Asbestos AwarenessIdeal CandidateAn experienced Site Manager who can independently run a large site, manage subcontractors effectively, maintain client relationships, and ensure the project is delivered safely and on schedule.TPBN1_UKTJ
