Join Claires Court and play a key role in shaping the next generation of rowers.About the RoleWe are seeking a committed and organised Lead Senior Rowing Coach to lead our Year 9 and Year 10 (J14/15) programme across both boys' and girls' squads.You will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching while creating a positive, structured, and ambitious environment. Alongside coaching, you will support squad administration, parent communication, and event logistics.This role is pivotal in developing athletes from complete beginners through to competitive level, ensuring strong technical foundations and a lifelong love of sport.About Claires Court School Boat ClubBased on the iconic reaches of the River Thames in Maidenhead, Claires Court School Boat Club (CCSBC) is a vibrant and ambitious rowing community with an elite pedigree.We pride ourselves on developing homegrown talent, taking athletes from their very first strokes to the pinnacle of the sport.
