M&E Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor (Site Management) 3 Positions AvailableManchester | Minimum 6-Month Contract | £300 per dayWe are recruiting for 3 experienced Site Supervisors to join a leading national Facilities Management provider, delivering projects within a live healthcare environment in Manchester.This is an excellent opportunity for experienced site professionals with either a mechanical or electrical background who have previous experience working within a live hospital environment . You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and with minimal disruption to critical hospital services.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day delivery of works within a live hospital environment.Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site teams.Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with health & safety legislation.Monitor project progress, quality and programme delivery.Liaise with the client, hospital stakeholders and operational teams to minimise disruption.Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks and maintain site records.Ensure compliance with permit-to-work procedures and hospital protocols.Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme and quality standards.RequirementsPrevious experience in a Site Supervisor or Site Manager position.Mechanical or Electrical background is essential.Previous experience working within a live hospital or healthcare environment.Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and permit-to-work systems.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.SMSTS or SSSTS.Valid CSCS Card.First Aid at Work (desirable).What's on Offer£300 per day.Minimum 6-month contract with the potential for extension.Opportunity to work with a leading national Facilities Management provider.Immediate start available.Long-term project within a critical healthcare environment.If you have the relevant experience and are available for your next contract, we'd love to hear from you.
