This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that values quality workmanship, invests in its people, and offers genuine long-term career prospects.Whether you're looking for a full-time role or need greater flexibility, part-time hours will also be considered for the right candidate.The RoleAs a Master Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle faults across a variety of manufacturer brands. You'll play a key role in supporting the workshop team, mentoring colleagues and ensuring repairs are completed to the highest standards.Your responsibilities will include:Diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical faultsCarrying out servicing, maintenance and repairsSupporting and mentoring other technicians where requiredUsing the latest diagnostic equipmentCompleting work efficiently while maintaining high quality standardsEnsuring all manufacturer and health & safety procedures are followedWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience as a Master TechnicianLevel 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and RepairStrong diagnostic and fault-finding skillsExperience working within a main dealer environment is highly desirableA full UK driving licenceExcellent attention to detail and pride in your workA positive team player with a professional attitudeHoursMonday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm30-minute lunch break1 in 3 Saturday mornings: 8:30am - 12:30pmPart-time hours will also be consideredSalary & BenefitsBasic salary from £38,000, depending on experienceOTE of £45,000+Bonus schemeOngoing manufacturer and technical trainingModern workshop with excellent equipmentCareer progression within a successful dealer groupSupportive and friendly working environmentCompany pensionEmployee discountsWhy Apply?This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected multi-brand main dealer where your technical expertise will be recognised and rewarded.
