Tocarryouttreatmentsandmanagementtechniquesforinfestationsincludingtraps,culls,deterrents,pesticidesandbiocidessafelyandhumanely,inlinewithTheBritishPestControlAssociation(BPCA)CodeofPractice. Tosurveyproperties,internallyandexternally,includingdrains,andmakerecommendationsforfurtherrepairworksorstructuralconsiderationstoovercomefutureinfestationsandmitigatetheriskofspreadbetweendwellings.Tosurveyandassessrequestsforpestcontrolsupportthatfallsoutsideofnormalcontracts.Providingestimatecostingsandquotations,withtechnicaldrawingswhereapplicable Tocarryoutproofingworktocontrolandpreventinfestations,ensuringmaterialsandtechniquesusedareinlinewithhousingfiresafetyguidanceandConstruction(DesignandManagement)Regulations2015.
