Job description:Red Recruitment Group is recruiting for a Mix Room Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with the potential for a permanent position.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately mix raw materials to production specifications.Follow work instructions to ensure product consistency.Operate mixing equipment safely and efficiently.Complete production records and quality documentation.Carry out quality checks throughout the production process.Maintain high standards of housekeeping and hygiene within the mixing area.Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.Support the wider production team as required.RequirementsPrevious experience in a manufacturing, production or mixing environment is desirable.Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.Comfortable handling raw materials and working in a fast-paced environment.Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.Benefits£14.70 per hour.Monday to Thursday 14.00-22.00 Friday 11.30-17.00pm no weekends.Weekly pay.Full training provided.Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.If you're looking for a stable afternoon shift role with a great company, we'd love to hear from you.
