Job Title: CNC Setter OperatorContract: PermanentHourly rate: £18.50 per hourWorking Hours: Monday Friday (Days)Due to expansion, Next Generation are currently recruiting for an CNC Setter Operator to work with a leading global manufacturer who produce machined components supplying predominantly into the Aerospace 3industry. As the CNC Setter Operator you will be responsible for programming, setting and operating Fanuc controlled Lathes.Duties of the CNC Setter Operator:Setting & Operating CNC lathes using Fanuc controlsCarrying out offsets & tool changesAltering speeds and feedsRunning multiple lathes at any one timeMonitoring cycle timesBasic machine maintenanceThe successful candidate for the CNC Setter Operators position will have the following experience:3 5 years experience Setting & Operating Lathes (Essential)3 5 years experience within Fanuc or Heidenhain controls (Essential)Checking for defects & quality issues (Essential)Ability to manage cycle times (Essential)Excellent attention to detail (Essential)Due to the high number of applications we receive, we are sometimes not able to respond directly to each candidate.
