Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service. \n
- Ensure the service remains fully compliant with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation. \n
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team through recruitment, supervision, appraisals, and ongoing training. \n
- Ensure all care plans and risk assessments are accurate, person-centred, and regularly reviewed. \n
- Monitor service quality through audits, spot checks, and continuous improvement initiatives. \n
- Manage staffing levels, rotas, and operational performance to ensure excellent service delivery. \n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, local authorities, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. \n
- Investigate incidents, complaints, and safeguarding concerns, ensuring appropriate action is taken. \n
- Support business development and identify opportunities to grow the service while maintaining exceptional standards. \n

- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a CQC-regulated domiciliary care service. \n
- Registered with the CQC or eligible to become a Registered Manager. \n
- Strong knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards, safeguarding, and relevant health and social care legislation. \n
- Proven leadership and people management skills. \n
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. \n
- Experience managing care quality, compliance, and operational performance. \n
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it) is desirable. \n
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. \n
