\n About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner to join a growing and highly regarded Financial Planning business. Working as part of a professional and collaborative team, you will provide technical support to Financial Advisers, helping to deliver high-quality financial planning solutions to a broad client base.\n

\n Key Responsibilities \n

\n
• Conduct technical research across pensions, investments, protection and wider financial planning solutions.
\n
• Prepare accurate, compliant and detailed suitability reports.
\n
• Support Financial Advisers with technical case preparation and recommendations.
\n
• Maintain accurate client records, risk profiles and compliance documentation.
\n
• Respond to adviser and client queries in a professional and timely manner.
\n
• Ensure all work complies with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.
\n
• Keep up to date with regulatory developments and changes within the financial planning sector.
\n
• Work closely with advisers and administrators to achieve positive client outcomes.
\n

Requirements Essential \n

\n
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA or Financial Planning environment.
\n
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent), or actively working towards completion.
\n
• Experience preparing detailed and compliant suitability reports.
\n
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, retirement planning, taxation and financial services regulation.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
\n
