Daily Duties

\n
    \n
  • Running projects and coordinating design teams through the RIBA stages, particularly post-contract.
  • \n
  • Producing and coordinating detailed technical information, drawings, and specifications.
  • \n
  • Developing practical, compliant, and buildable technical solutions.
  • \n
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout project delivery.
  • \n
  • Managing project information and ensuring documentation is accurate and coordinated.
  • \n
  • Attending design team and project meetings, contributing to successful project outcomes.
  • \n
  • Supporting quality assurance processes and maintaining high technical standards.
  • \n
  • Providing guidance and support to junior team members where required.
  • \n

Ideal Candidate

\n
    \n
  • Experienced Architectural Technologist with a proven background delivering projects within an architectural practice.
  • \n
  • Experience running projects and coordinating design teams.
  • \n
  • Strong technical knowledge with a thorough understanding of construction methods and detailing.
  • \n
  • Good understanding of the RIBA Plan of Work, particularly post-contract stages.
  • \n
  • Proficient in Revit with experience producing and coordinating technical information.
  • \n
  • Able to work autonomously while reporting to Associates and Directors.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • \n
  • Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress within a growing practice.
  • \n
