Daily Duties

- Running projects and coordinating design teams through the RIBA stages, particularly post-contract. \n
- Producing and coordinating detailed technical information, drawings, and specifications. \n
- Developing practical, compliant, and buildable technical solutions. \n
- Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout project delivery. \n
- Managing project information and ensuring documentation is accurate and coordinated. \n
- Attending design team and project meetings, contributing to successful project outcomes. \n
- Supporting quality assurance processes and maintaining high technical standards. \n
- Providing guidance and support to junior team members where required. \n
Ideal Candidate
\n- \n
- Experienced Architectural Technologist with a proven background delivering projects within an architectural practice. \n
- Experience running projects and coordinating design teams. \n
- Strong technical knowledge with a thorough understanding of construction methods and detailing. \n
- Good understanding of the RIBA Plan of Work, particularly post-contract stages. \n
- Proficient in Revit with experience producing and coordinating technical information. \n
- Able to work autonomously while reporting to Associates and Directors. \n
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. \n
- Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress within a growing practice. \n
