Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered practice who offer award-winning design services to the residential, healthcare, leisure, and commercial sectors. They are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Architect to join their Liverpool studio.

Duties for the role of Architect include:

\n
• Manage and deliver a range of projects
\n
• Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages
\n
• Work alongside the design team on day-to-day project information
\n
• Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams
\n
• Attend design team meetings and site visits
\n
• Issue working drawing packs of information
\n

Skills and experience for the role of Architect:

\n
• ARB registered
\n
• Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
\n
• Proficiency with Revit
\n
• Experience working on large scale projects across various sectors
\n
• Excellent drawing and design skills
\n
• Strong attention to detail
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
• Live within a commutable distance to the Liverpool area
\n
