Multi-Skilled Engineer (Mechanical Bias) Location: Bond Street, London Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Join a Leading Facilities Management Team We are looking for a skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer (Mechanical Bias) to join our engineering team at a prestigious commercial site in the heart of Bond Street, London. The Role As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you'll be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical and associated electrical building services, ensuring the site is maintained to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance. * Diagnose and repair faults on mechanical building services equipment. * Perform basic electrical maintenance where required. * Maintain HVAC systems, pumps, motors, valves, AHUs, FCUs and associated plant. * Conduct routine inspections and ensure statutory compliance. * Liaise with clients and contractors professionally. * Accurately complete maintenance records using a CAFM system. * Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site. About You We're looking for someone who has: * A recognised Mechanical Engineering qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent). * Previous experience working within commercial building maintenance or facilities management. * Good all-round maintenance knowledge with a strong mechanical bias. * Basic electrical fault-finding skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
