Electrician – Facilities Management (Healthcare) 📍 Location: Glasgow 💰 Salary: £36,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits 🕒 Full-Time | Permanent Join a Leading Facilities Management Team We are recruiting for a skilled Electrician to join a well-established Facilities Management provider, maintaining a busy healthcare site in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a stable, long-term role where you'll play a key part in ensuring critical building services remain safe, compliant, and operational. Working within a professional on-site maintenance team, you'll carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, fault finding, and electrical installations across a modern healthcare environment. The Role * Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance. * Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently. * Complete testing, inspection and minor installation works. * Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations. * Maintain accurate maintenance records using the CAFM system. * Work closely with the wider engineering team to ensure the smooth operation of the site. What We're Looking For * NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation. * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. * Experience working within Facilities Management, commercial buildings, or healthcare environments. * Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills. * A proactive approach with excellent communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
