Legal Counsel (Commercial) 📍 Doncaster / Remote (with occasional travel to Doncaster and other UK locations) 💷 Competitive rates of pay Power & Infrastructure Resourcing is recruiting for an experienced Legal Counsel (Commercial) on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a UK-qualified solicitor looking for a full-time position with flexible working arrangements. The role is primarily remote, with occasional attendance at the Doncaster office and other UK locations when required. Key Responsibilities * Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts. * Provide legal support to the General Counsel and wider business. * Maintain and manage the contract repository. * Assist with legal compliance, audits and governance activities. * Liaise with external solicitors, insurers and professional advisers. * Support acquisitions, integrations and other business projects. * Maintain registers for legal claims, disputes and litigation matters. * Assist with data protection and compliance activities. Essential Requirements * UK qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE. * Strong background in Commercial Law and Contracts. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. Desirable Experience * Previous in-house legal experience. * Construction, Engineering, Energy or Rail sector experience. * Experience working with NEC and/or FIDIC contracts. * Knowledge of data protection and compliance requirements.
