The Role\n
    \n
  • Lead the design and delivery of projects throughout all RIBA work stages
  • \n
  • Manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring quality, programme and budget objectives are achieved
  • \n
  • Coordinate internal design teams, consultants and external stakeholders
  • \n
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading meetings and presenting design proposals
  • \n
  • Ensure project milestones are delivered efficiently and to a high technical standard
  • \n
  • Contribute to the continued success and growth of the practice through collaborative working
  • \n
The Ideal Candidate\n
    \n
  • Qualified Architect with significant post-qualification experience
  • \n
  • Proven experience delivering leisure sector projects
  • \n
  • Strong proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD
  • \n
  • Confident managing client relationships and leading project meetings
  • \n
  • Demonstrable experience managing architectural projects independently
  • \n
  • Strong design portfolio showcasing creative and technically accomplished work
  • \n
  • Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
  • \n
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality architecture within a collaborative studio environment
