Our client, a leading law firm in Reading, is looking to recruit a Corporate Immigration Solicitor (2+ years’ PQE) to join its growing Immigration team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Immigration Solicitor looking to develop their career within a specialist corporate immigration practice, advising UK and international businesses on a wide range of business immigration matters.

You will work alongside experienced immigration lawyers, supporting a varied client base including multinational organisations, growing businesses and senior executives. The role offers high-quality work, excellent client exposure and the opportunity to build expertise within a successful and supportive team.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of UK corporate immigration matters, including:

• Skilled Worker visa applications and sponsor licence matters
\n
• Global mobility and business immigration advice
\n
• Applications for senior executives and international employees
\n
• Right to work and compliance advice
\n
• Immigration support for corporate restructures and business changes
\n
• Sponsor licence compliance, audits and reporting requirements
\n
• Providing strategic immigration advice to employers and HR teams
\n
• Managing client relationships and supporting business development activities
\n

About You

You will be:

\n
• A qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE gained within Corporate Immigration or Business Immigration
\n
• Experienced handling UK immigration applications and advising corporate clients
\n
• Familiar with sponsor licence requirements and UK immigration compliance
\n
• Commercially minded with strong communication and client management skills
\n
• Keen to develop your career within a specialist immigration practice
\n
