Private Client Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE) – North Lanarkshire

The role

As a Private Client Solicitor, you'll manage your own caseload while receiving support and mentoring as needed.

\n

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting wills and powers of attorney
    • \n
  • Advising on estate planning matters
    • \n
  • Handling executry administration
    • \n
  • Meeting clients and providing practical legal advice
    • \n
  • Building relationships with clients and professional contacts
    • \n
  • Supporting the continued growth of the department
    • \n

About you

This role would suit a Private Client Solicitor who:

  • Is NQ to 3 years' PQE
    • \n
  • Has experience in private client work
    • \n
  • Enjoys building relationships with clients
    • \n
  • Has excellent organisational and communication skills
    • \n
  • Is adaptable and keen to develop their career
    • \n
  • Is comfortable working across more than one office location when required
    • \n
