Reed Education are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to work within Early Years units in primary schools across Doncaster from September.

\n

We are seeking nurturing and enthusiastic practitioners who hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification and have experience supporting children aged 3+ years. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and experience supporting children with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN).

\n

The Role\n

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

  • Support children aged 3+ within Early Years units and Foundation Stage settings
  • \n
  • Deliver engaging learning activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • \n
  • Promote children's social, emotional, physical, and educational development
  • \n
  • Support children with additional needs, adapting activities to meet individual requirements
  • \n
  • Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and parents to support pupil progress
  • \n
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
  • \n
  • Observe, monitor, and record children's development and achievements
  • \n
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • \n
What We're Looking For\n
    \n
  • A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS Framework
  • \n
  • Experience working with children aged 3+ in nursery, preschool, or school settings
  • \n
  • Experience supporting children with SEN, including autism, speech and language difficulties, ADHD, and developmental delays
  • \n
  • A patient, caring, and nurturing approach
  • \n
  • Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • \n
  • A genuine passion for supporting young children's development
