Join Gallagher’s global Art Department as a Graphic Designer and play a key role in shaping our creative vision. Reporting to the Glasgow Design Team Manager, you'll be part of an in-house agency that thrives on collaboration and innovation. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our creative process, turning ideas into visually compelling designs that align with Gallagher's brand. You'll work closely with the Art Director and Copywriter to create marketing materials, both print and digital, that resonate with our audience. From interpreting creative briefs to ensuring the flawless execution of design concepts, your work will help bring our brand to life.

You'll also manage a high volume of projects, making updates and revisions to existing designs while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy. By staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, you'll contribute to the continuous improvement of our creative output.

- \n
- You have an associate or bachelor's degree in visual communications, graphic design, or a related field. \n
- You bring extensive experience in a creative agency or similar environment. \n
- You're proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign and Photoshop, and have a solid understanding of current graphic design tools and techniques. \n
- You understand design principles like composition, typography, colour theory, and layout, and can create designs that are both effective and visually appealing. \n
- You're highly organised, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines. \n
- You're a team player who collaborates effectively and respectfully with colleagues and stakeholders. \n
- You take initiative, are committed to delivering high-quality work, and are always looking for ways to improve. \n
