MES Consultant

Investigo have been retained to search and deliver an Infor MES consultant to support a global Infor Transformation programme for a client of ours.\n

\nThis role will be outside IR35, joining initially on a 3-6month basis.\n
\n
\nInfor MES formally known as Lighthouse shopfloor & we're needing a specialised consultant for this role who has experience In Lighthouse across the below areas:\n
\n
\n

• Production Management: Real Time Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) tracking, order planning, schedule execution, and quantity verification.
\n
• Quality Control: Defect tracking, process variation metrics, statistical process control (SPC), and customer complaint logging.
\n
• Inventory & Materials: Warehouse-to-production order transitions, material issuance, and stock movement tracking.
\n
• Maintenance & Operations: Equipment performance monitoring, asset upkeep logs, and work history tracking
